Project Director
	Dr. Saeed Salehi Dr. Salehi is assistant professor of petroleum engineering at Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy, The University of Oklahoma. Prior to work in academia, he has worked as drilling engineer and geomechanics specialist for both E&P and service companies as well doing consultancy. He has published more than 50 journal articles and conference proceedings.
OU Drilling Simulator Director
	Dr. Catalin Teodoriu Dr. Catalin Teodoriu is Associate Professor at The University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma. He has more than 15 years of experience in the petroleum industry and academia, with key qualifications and research in drilling and production equipment, drilling technology, integrated computer aided analysis, well completion, testing of OCTG, design of downhole and surface equipment, software development, EOR and geothermal wells, and in the design of laboratory specific equipment (i.e. high pressure testing, large scale testing equipment for multiphase flow and drilling process simulation). He is specialized in developing new threaded connections for OCTG as well as expert on drilling problems and failure analysis. At OU he is building a unique testing facility for threaded connections and OCTG under complex loads.
Project CO-PI
	Dr. Ziho Kang Dr. Kang's background is in human factors and human-integrated systems engineering, and his specialty is in developing algorithms to characterize eye tracking data to evaluate human performance and investigate cognitive processes. His overarching interest is to investigate human decision making processes in order to understand human behavior and to inform the design of complex systems and construct alerting and assistive learning technologies. He previously worked at Samsung and has performed research for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Collaborative Adaptive Sensing of the Atmosphere (CASA). Dr. Kang is currently corroborating with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration (NOAA).
	Dr. Edward Cokely Dr. Cokely, Ph.D., serves as Presidential Research Professor and Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Oklahoma, and is co-founding faculty of the National Institute for Risk & Resilience. Dr. Cokely is recognized as one of the world’s foremost experts in the Psychology of Skilled Decision Making, with specialization in risk communication and inclusive decision support.
Post-Doctoral Research Associate
	Dr. Muhammad Azeem Raza Dr. Raza is Post-Doctoral Research Associate the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma. His research interests focus on simulation-based training, reverse cognitive engineering of expert performance, and engineering education.
Research Assistants
	Mr. Ali Naqvi Mr. Naqvi is a graduate student currently pursuing his MSc in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma. His current research interests focus on the areas of Human Factors, simulation-based training, and drilling engineering.
	Jiwon Jeon Jeon is currently pursuing her M.S. in Data Science and Analytics from the University of Oklahoma in 2016. Her previous research involved analysis on tubular tracking to collect the operational limit data and to secure productivity and safety. She will join the Data Science and Analytics (DSA) program in Fall 2016. Her interest is in human factors and data analytics. She is working on developing quantitative methods to assess human risk.
	Mr. Raj Kiran Mr. Kiran is a graduate student currently pursuing his doctorate in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma. His current research interests focus on the areas of Computational Fluid Dynamics, Wellbore Integrity, Reservoir Geomechanics, and Finite Element Analysis. He has authored five journal papers and presented at several national and international conferences. He is also working as Technical reviewer for Journal of Natural Gas Science and Engineering.
	Vincent Ybarra Vincent Ybarra M.S. graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with his Master’s in Experimental Psychology and now is earning his Ph. D in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Oklahoma under the advisory of Dr. Edward Cokely. He is a member of the National Institute of Risk and Resilience. His research focuses on visual communication, human factors, and decision-making and risk interventions.
